What happens when you take a ’23 Ford body, bolt it to a custom fabricated frame, drop in a dual-quad 383 stroker motor and pile on a list of mind blowing parts for good measure? You get this incredible custom T-Bucket which has been transformed into a wild, in-you-face head turner that instantly becomes the center of attention wherever it goes. Featuring a killer small block Chevrolet motor, a custom leather interior and a level of detail that requires multiple looks to fully comprehend, this stunning red Trike is a once in a lifetime opportunity to own the fastest, brightest and baddest thing on three wheels! If you’re the kind of enthusiast who likes to look good, win trophies and spin heads at a very high rate of speed, your hot rod chariot has arrived!

Professionally fabricated as a motorcycle designers personal pet project, this one-of-a-kind 1923 T-Bucket Trike required five years to complete and includes $65K worth of parts alone! The project began with a custom built Boyd Coddington Pro-Fab chassis which was equipped with a Harley Davidson Fatboy front end, a ladder bar rear suspension and chrome oversize coils. Once the undercarriage was bolted together and the FiberFab US cockpit and fenders were test fitted, a top-notch coat of Viper Red paint was evenly sprayed across the whole bike and buffed to a brilliant shine. When the vivid red completely cured, Crazy Horse Custom Paint out of Waxhaw, North Carolina was contracted to detail the smooth body with realistic flames and awesome looking sinister faces. The result is an outrageous show piece which is comfortable, fun, easy to operate and would be totally at home at any car or bike show in the world.

At the front of the trike, a polished telescopic fork holds a chrome Indian headlight and chrome Harley Davidson side lights above a 16 inch polished aluminum Fatboy wheel and 120/90 Metzler ME 880 tire. At the side of that polished wheel, a chrome covered disc brake system utilizes a chrome sleeved brake line and chrome caliper to squeeze a giant rotor; and above that polished wheel, chrome Harley Davidson bolt caps center a custom fabricated front sight over body-matched metal. Behind the front fork, chrome steering rods run across the top of a completely detailed small block Chevrolet engine to connect the interior mounted handle bars to the front wheel. And chrome externally mounted Sunpro gauges combine with a chrome shift light and chrome trimmed accent lights to add a little form and function. At the front of the cockpit, a smoked and custom etched windshield is bordered by a custom frame, chrome supports and a cool pair of chrome iron cross rearview mirrors. At the sides of the cockpit, diamond plate steps ride behind chambered and baffled ceramic coated side pipes that hang just in front of custom cut rear fenders which taper into gnarly looking flames; and at the back of the cockpit, a custom 2.5 inch chrome roll bar hangs an LED CHMSL above a small diamond plate clad storage bin and a polished 15 gallon Peterbilt fuel tank. Below that tank, polished 22 inch Star 277 “357 Killa” wheels spin 265/35 Nitto NT420 tires and body matched brake drums at the sides of a custom rear valence, chrome S&W Racing wheelie bars and a chrome trailer hitch. And if all that visual pop still isn’t enough to get you noticed by everyone this side of the Mississippi, the entire frame has been decked with 154 LEDS and neon under lighting for an unbeatable custom night time glow.

The heart of this awesome build is a mean sounding 383 cubic inch small block Chevrolet V8 which utilizes an Eagle stroker kit, a roller cam and Manly rods to creates so much power that the owner had to add restrictor plates for the sake of streetability. At the top of the highly detailed motor, two chrome air cleaners ride on top of two Edelbrock 4-barrel Durashine carburetors which are bolted to a rare side-by-side chrome Edelbrock intake manifold. At the sides of that intake, flame branded aluminum valve covers ride above aluminum Edelbrock heads, polished aluminum wire looms and full length ceramic coated headers. At the front of the motor, a fresh V-belt spins chrome pulleys which are connected to a chrome alternator, a chrome water pump and a chrome fan; and at the back of the motor, an MSD ignition system sends power from two Optima gel cell batteries to a reliable points distributor that’s equipped with high performance MSD wires. Cooling is provided by a polished aluminum radiator which is equipped with a chrome electric fan and a polished aluminum bowtie radiator cap, and detailed with polished overflow tanks with Harley Davidson caps and a stainless steel shroud. Motivation is provided by a proven GM Turbo-Hydramatic 350 transmission which sends power from a 3200 RPM stall converter to a 1997 10 bolt S-10 rear end with mountain flattening 3.76 gears. For this impressive engine, ‘detailed’ is an understatement. There’s braided hoses everywhere, a chrome starter, a body-matched and detailed firewall and master cylinder, a fuel pressure gauge, a complete set of pointed bolt caps, and even bowtie decaled motor mounts.

Jump on the diamond plate steps and climb inside the cockpit of this cool ’23 trike where the themes of custom and comfort combine to create a simplistic and fun driving environment. The massaging Saddle leather bench seat is stitched around cool gator skin inserts and perfectly meets Saddle leather door panels which feature custom molded flames. Under the seat, an MP3 compatible CD player sends tunes through three Alpine speakers; and in front of the seat, a chrome lock out shifter props a collapsible cup holder and a TomTom navigation system above excellent looking tan carpet. At the base of the shifter, a large Sunpro tach sits next to flame branded pedals, and a chrome fire extinguisher hangs below a wood faced dash that is complete with stainless trim and white Sunpro gauges. In front of the driver, chrome ram’s horn handle bars hold a VDO speedometer below stainless rods which connect to the adjustable damped steering; and in front of the passenger, a small glove box, which has been fabricated from a slot machine coin tray, holds a split cigarette lighter power source. Rivaling the most creative custom built interiors on the market; this unique trike is a 100% road ready piece which features an unmatched level of detail and drivability.

Included with the sale of this awesome trike is a stack of restoration and maintenance receipts, build photos and two pull behind trailers. The first is a 16 foot single axle Hallmark which is 8 feet tall and 8.8 feet wide and equipped with a side door, a 3,000 pound ramp, new eight ply tires, electric brakes, and e-rail tie down system, theft deterrents, black and white linoleum tiles, a 100 volt converter and grip plates bolted to its floor. The second is a custom built, polished aluminum diamond plate piece which is designed to pull either luggage or a handicap scooter behind the trike, and along with the trike, is easily loaded into the Hallmark trailer by only one person.
From its trick handle bars to its chrome oil pan, this 1923 T-Bucket Trike is completely sorted show stopper that’s ready to hit the road today. With $65K in parts alone, a custom piece like this could never be duplicated for anywhere near our asking price; and when you factor in the time and labor put into the build, its significance becomes very clear. Don’t miss your chance to own a bad ass custom with amazing street prowess and awesome curb appeal!
